I wanted to remind everyone that they can help the Emmett Ferret Shelter raise a little money without spending anything extra. If you are planning on shopping at Amazon this year for gifts, and don’t mind going to emmettferret.org first we can earn up to 6% with no cost to you.
All you need to do is go to emmettferret.org and click on the adoptable ferrets page, then scroll through all the cute faces– like _that’s_ difficult to make you do!– and click on the Ferrets for Dummies link in the bottom right-hand side box. This brings you to Amazon and you can search and shop for whatever you want!

We’ve been able to raise almost $350 this year through igive, albertsons, goodsearch, and amazon’s affiliate programs where usually we get about 1%. All those little donations really do help!
